About Returns
This policy applies to all purchases made online at mnemelabel.com. Please note that you will be required to ship the item(s) to our warehouse in Singapore and you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Mneme does not cover the cost of return shipping.
It is important to note that orders can only be returned once for store credit (minus any shipping fee if any) or an exchange in size or style. We do not issue cash/ credit card refund.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
All returns are subject to our policy below.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns that arrive in our Singapore warehouse within 14 days of receipt by you. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed

No body scent or perfume on item/s

Any damage including but not limited to thread run, excessive creasing (if we deem it unfit for resale) - please do try on with care ❤️

All tags are still in place and attached

Item/s have been purchased from mnemelabel.com

Item/s are not marked as final sale or excluded from returns
We reserve the right to reject returns of item/s that do not meet any of the above conditions, and will be returned to sender at the customers’ expense.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us, so we highly suggest using a shipping service with a tracking ID.
Incorrect / Faulty Items
If you received the wrong item or a faulty, we are here to help! Do contact us within 14 days of receipt by you. The items will need to be in original condition (per returns policy) in order for us to facilitate you in the process.
Drop us an email at: hello@mnemelabel.com, and include clear photos of the incorrect item OR the defects as well as a simple description of the issue.
Item(s) are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect wash or care, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
