We ship from Singapore! If you are based in Singapore- 2-3 business days.

If you are ordering from other countries- 5-7 business days (Usually sooner!)

All preorder items are made-to-order. We do this to reduce over-production and avoid wasting materials as much as possible. 

Preorder items are usually on a 6-8 week timeline. The timing will always be indicated in the product description. Often preorders ship early, but we like to note the longest possible wait time to avoid disappointment if there are delays.  We need this amount of time for ordering fabrics, cutting, sewing, QC, sorting, and packing the garments before they can
be shipped to you.   

We do not allow cancellations once order is confirmed. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at hello@mnemelabel.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Do note, if your order has been processed and dispatched, they cannot be modified. We are also unable to modify final sale items.  

Please reach out to us at hello@mnemelabel.com along with clear photos attached of the item/ defect. We will follow up with you as soon as possible.
